I am a UT Austin graduate, a former Peace Corps Volunteer in Guinea, an Appalachian Trail thru-hiker in 2003, the inventor of Rubber Rubberband Man(TM) and Rubber Rubberband Dog(TM), a game and puzzle designer (GAMES, Knucklebones, NPR's Weekend Edition), and a writer (Missoula's Missoulian newspaper, Helena's Independent Record, and the above). I have walked the entire outline of Texas and biked from Texas to California and back. I have recently been accepted to graduate school at Simmons College in Boston, MA, so I am preparing for a move to the east. Here I go!
I'm thinking of a brand name of an impulse-buy item that you regularly see as you are checking out at the grocery store. Take this name, drop the first and last two letters (four dropped letters total), and you will have a type of competition in which a product similar to the impulse-buy item is necessary to win.
